Abstract—The electromechanical transmission of a mining dump truck is a complex technical object with a large number of parameters for setting and monitoring, the quality and cost characteristics of the dump truck service largely depend on the convenience and efficiency of their implementation. To improve the quality traction electrical equipment of mining dump trucks service maintenance, a data transmission system was organized that provides remote work with control system units. The paper considers the scheme of data transmission, provides a description of the tool software for monitoring and configuring dump trucks electric transmission parameters. The system under consideration checked at the stages of testing and adjustment of the kits, is used in real operating conditions and allows to organize service maintenance of domestic-made dump trucks at a level that is not inferior to their best imported counterparts.

Introduction

The electromechanical transmission (EMT) of a mining dump truck is a complex technical object, often operating in difficult environmental conditions: dusty ambient air, extreme temperatures and extreme loads. Mining dump trucks account for the highest percentage of operating costs (up to 40% of the total financial costs) according to the analysis of the financial component for the maintenance of mining equipment. Therefore, there is a need to monitor the state of the transmission, gather statistics and analyze emerging accidents in order to make adjustments to the software (SW) or timely maintenance and repair of mining equipment (M&R) according to the actual state of the object. The main advantages of operation according to the MRO system, in contrast to the traditional approach of preventive maintenance (SPM) according to the manufacturer's regulations, are given in. The level of development of technologies based on the existing equipment allows to organize systems for remote monitoring of the state of the control system (CS) parameters of the EMT. This significantly increases the efficiency of mining equipment operation with the integrated use of maintenance and repair and mobile technologies, since the classical approach to vehicle maintenance does not always allow to identify internal system malfunctions. During a scheduled inspection, external signs of a malfunction are revealed - mechanical damage, leakage, burning. Some signs are imperceptible and can only be fixed when measuring operating parameters or by dismantling and partially disassembling EMT blocks, which is very resource-consuming. Most of the faults can be identified through the use of a real-time parameter monitoring system during the normal operation of a mining truck. In articles, examples of the introduction of mobile technologies into foreign-made mining equipment are given. The use of an integrated approach, considered in papers, does not allow solving the problems of effective after-sales service, since the set of available EMT parameters is significantly limited. Using the approach considered in last paper, it is proposed to single out the electric transmission as a separate element and expand the list of parameters for diagnosing and preventing malfunctions.

The authors proposed a variant of building a data transmission system for organizing remote work with EMT equipment of a mining dump truck, mass-produced at "BELAZ" in Zhodino, Belarus. The scheme of data transmission was considered, a description of special software was given, the system was tested.
